We are looking for Captain for our club restaurant, responsible for customer satisfaction and providing flawless service to guests. Shift starts at 5:00 pm until closing (~2:00 am)
Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in F&B or Hotel operation, with WSET qualification is an advantage
- Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring efficient service and providing menus.
- Supervise dining room operations, including reservations, seating arrangements, and table turnover.
- Train and supervise servers, ensuring adherence to service standards and providing guidance.
- Assist in taking orders, serving food and beverages, and promptly addressing guest inquiries or concerns.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and maintain high-quality standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Captain or in a similar supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service principles, including wine pairing and menu descriptions.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, promoting a positive and professional work environment.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a fast-paced dining environment.
