We are looking for Sales Assistant, Wine Sales. As an Ambassador of the Club, you are responsible to ensures a unique client experience before, during and after a sale. Achieving sales targets and proactively develops clients' portfolio. Sales Assistant is required to participate daily boutique operations.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily sales operation
- Responsible for sales to Members
- Manage payment collection of customer efficiently
- Maintain close relationship with customers
- Explore new business opportunities & open up new accounts
- Initiate or follow up promotions driven by marketing team for achieving sales target and brand objectives
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- Strong communication skills in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office functions
- Excellent customer service and selling skills
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
Preferred Training and Experience:
- Certificate in wine will be an advantage
- Passion for and willingness to learn about wine
- Good team player and self motivated
- Experience in wine/ luxury industry will be a plus
