Summary:
- Cantonese, English, Putonghua
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a small team to provide maintenance, repairs, replacement work and technical support to the operation
- Coordination, arrangement, and handling of Test & Commissioning, Preventive Maintenance, and Renovation work
- Monitor the daily operation and maintenance of all equipment facilities
- Provide on-the-job training for colleagues and give technical advice to make sure their performance is of a proper standard.
Requirements:
- Higher Certificate / Higher Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Building Services or relevant disciplines
- With 2 - 4 years relevant hands-on technical and supervisory experiencein hotels or private club operation is preferred
- Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade A)
- Knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD is preferred
- Independent, strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Hardworking, well-organized with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English.
