Summary:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience
- Education Level: Degree or above
- Cantonese, English, Putonghua
Responsibilities
- This position reviews all supporting documents relating to payments and performs payment procedures
- To oversee the everyday activities of direct expenses and prepare the related reports and information
- To perform bank reconciliation and month-end reconciliation of all general ledger balances
- To assist accountant in preparing the month-end closing
- To handle the reconciliation of Credit card transactions.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Accounts Payable and maintaining General Ledger in sizable organization of Hospitality Industry
- Member of HKICPA, ACCA, or equivalent is preferred
- Candidates with audit experience is preferred
- Higher Diploma or recognized degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines is desired
- Sound knowledge of current accounting standard
- Basic communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications & familiar with SUN accounting system.
