- Minimum of 2 years' experience
- Education Level: Certificate, Diploma
- Cantonese, English, Putonghua
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily routine duties in Front Desk at TMC and welcoming arrival
- Perform guest registration efficiently
- Perform cashiering functions efficiently
- Handle guests’ enquiries in a most courteous efficient and professional way.
Requirements:
- High Diploma holder or above in Hospitality or Tourism Management or related disciplines is preferred
- Minimum 2 year hotel operations experience, preferably in Front Desk & Guest Service
- People-oriented with problem solving skills
- Innovative, multi-tasking and possesses a can-do attitude
- Excellent command of written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
