We are looking for a talented individual who is passionate about hospitality and delivering a first-class customer experience.

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma holder of Hotel or Hospitality / Tourism Management or equivalent.
  • WSET level III holder is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the same position at a fine dining restaurant; lesser experience will be considered as Assistant Sommelier.
  • Strong leadership and customer-oriented, good people management and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese; other languages are advantageous.
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
