Responsibilities:
- Assist and support the Finance Operations Manager in maintaining control over cashier summary and income generated from the hotel. Assist in preparation of operational audits on a monthly basis to comply with the hotel Finance Policies.
- Monitor the special billing arrangements for groups and conventions as required to ensure that postings are in line with customer contracts. Reconcile Master accounts for in house conferences daily where appropriate. Review "Credit Limit" report for in-house guests on a daily basis and liaise with Welcome Desk for any action required. Prepare weekly Open Balance Analysis report and send to various departments for necessary follow up action.
- Responsible to issue accurate invoices and process client / credit card payments on a timely basis and execute the precise allocation within hotel receivable ledgers. Assist Director of Finance to ensure all departments to comply with hotel control policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Experience - Minimum 5 years’ experience in hotel industry or equivalent Finance role
- Education - Bachelor's degree in Finance; Hospitality or related field
- Language - Fluent in English, proficiency in Cantonese & Mandarin is an advantage
- Technical / functional competencies - Microsoft Office, Word & Excel
- Language skills - Good command in Cantonese and English
