Responsibilities:
Responsible for the daily management and food preparation of the Pastry Kitchen, ensuring maximum quality and profitability. Ensuring food stock levels within the kitchen and pantry areas are in sufficient quantity. Be creative in the design and implementation of ongoing food concepts. Assist Executive Pastry Chef to lead, supervise, motivate and train chefs to ensure the highest quality of food production.
Job Requirements
- Experience - Minimum 5 years of work experience in related positions, experience in an luxury hotel is preferred.
- Education - Diploma/ higher diploma in Culinary or relevant discipline.
- Language skills - Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
