The Department
Our Catering Department manages one of the largest and most diverse catering operations in Hong Kong. We provide a wide range of catering, sports and recreation facilities for Members and their guests in three Clubhouses. In addition, both Happy Valley and Sha Tin Racecourses have numerous catering facilities used by Members, non-members and corporate organizations for a variety of functions.
The Job
You will:
- Deliver excellent food and beverage services to our Members and their guests in Chinese Premium dining restaurant
- Assist captain to ensure a smooth and efficient service in the assigned section of the restaurant
- Keep the service standard at top quality and achieve high level of customer satisfactions
- Maintain the high level of hygiene and quality standard for the restaurant
- Work location at Happy Valley Racecourse
About You
You should have:
- Fresh graduates from secondary and tertiary institutes are welcome, any prior work experience is not required, but with Food & Beverage experience will be a plus
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in Chinese, English is an advantage
Terms of Employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
