The Department
Our Catering Department manages one of the largest and most diverse catering operations in Hong Kong. We provide a wide range of catering, sports and recreation facilities for Members and their guests in three Clubhouses. In addition, both Happy Valley and Sha Tin Racecourses have numerous catering facilities used by Members, non-members and corporate organizations for a variety of functions.
本會飲食部於跑馬地及沙田會所、跑馬地及沙田馬場、和上水雙魚河鄉村會所，為顧客提供多元化及優質餐飲服務，現誠意邀請對餐飲服務有興趣及具備有關工作經驗的人才加入。
The Job
You will:
- Deliver excellent food and beverage services to our Members and their guests in casual dining restaurant (Six Furlong)
- Assist captain to ensure a smooth and efficient service in the assigned section of the restaurant floor
- Keep the service standard at top quality and achieve high level of customer satisfactions
- Maintain the high level of hygiene and quality standard for the restaurant
- 於西式餐廳(六化郎)為會員及其客人提供優質的餐飲服務
- 協助領班確保餐廳的運作順暢及提供有效率的服務
- 保持高質量的服務標準從而實現高水平的顧客滿意度
- 維持餐廳內高水平衛生和質量標準
About You
You should have:
- 3 year's related fine-dining restaurant experience is required and preferably working in hotels & club
- Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Working location in The Hilltop in the Valley (Happy Valley)
- 三年或以上於酒店/會所/高級餐廳餐飲服務經驗
- 良好粵語及英語溝通技巧
- 工作地點 –跑馬地會所
Terms of Employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
