Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Housekeeping daily operations and supervise the team to ensure professional and courteous services to hotel guests
- Responsible for overall cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards and services are met
- Ensure the standards for safety, health and pleasing environment for guests and team members
- Supervise, mentor and evaluate team members
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Hospitality management or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years’ management experience in housekeeping operation
- Good leadership skills and interpersonal skills
- Service-oriented and well-organized
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
