Responsibilities:
1. Lead the culinary team in preparing and presenting authentic Southeast Asian (SEA) and Halal dishes.
2. Create and update menus, ensuring dishes meet cultural and dietary requirements.
3. Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and kitchen sanitation.
4. Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain quality standards and efficient workflow.
5. Monitor inventory, control costs, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
6. Collaborate with management to enhance guest satisfaction and drive culinary innovation.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Head Chef specializing in Southeast Asian and Halal cuisine.
2. In-depth knowledge of SEA and Halal food traditions, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
3. Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate kitchen staff.
4. Ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently and maintain quality standards.
5. Understanding of food safety regulations and compliance practices.
