Operation Manager
Overall Purpose: Responsible for managing day-to-day operations and ensuring the efficient management of staff and service quality.
Overseeing various units, including the office, villas, yacht, and supervising all staffing, including chefs, helpers, drivers, and office admin staff. Reporting directly to the private company owner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the owner's office, ensuring smooth operations and service quality.
- Oversee the maintenance and ensure high standards for the owner's house and villas, comparable to a luxury hotel.
- Coordinate and manage services on the owner's yacht, ensuring a high standard of service.
- Supervise catering services for the owner's events and personal requirements.
- Ensure that all staff under the role's supervision perform their duties efficiently at the highest service level.
- Monitor and maintain service quality standards across all units under the role's responsibility.
- Handle any ad-hoc requests or tasks from the owner in a prompt and professional manner.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Operation Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a private household setting.
- Strong organizational and managerial skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
- Knowledge of service standards and protocols.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours and adapt to the owner's schedule.
