Role Description
- Responsible for developing and implementing the overall F&B strategy for the restaurant group. This includes setting goals, identifying target markets, and creating plans to achieve business objectives.
- Oversee the creation and implementation of menus across the restaurant group. This involves working closely with chefs and culinary teams to develop innovative and appealing menu offerings that align with the group's brand and target customer base.
- Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring financial performance, including food and beverage costs, labor costs, and revenue generation.
- Responsible for selecting, negotiating with, and managing relationships with food and beverage suppliers. This includes ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods, maintaining quality standards, and optimizing supplier contracts.
- Ensuring a positive guest experience is essential for the success of a restaurant group.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 8 years or above experience in F&B operations management, especially in Asian & Chinese Cuisine
- Strong leadership with diplomatic approach and full of energy in a multi-national environment
- Previous international exposure is preferred
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Open minded with innovative thinking
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must.
