Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring efficient service and providing menus.
Supervise dining room operations, including reservations, seating arrangements, and table turnover.
Train and supervise servers, ensuring adherence to service standards and providing guidance.
Assist in taking orders, serving food and beverages, and promptly addressing guest inquiries or concerns.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and maintain high-quality standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Captain or in a similar supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage service principles, including wine pairing and menu descriptions.
Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests.
Ability to lead and motivate a team, promoting a positive and professional work environment.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a fast-paced dining environment.
