Responsibilities include:
- Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of departing guest rooms
- Prepare and distribute assignment sheets/workboards to Housekeeping team members
- Coordinate with Front Office to track readiness of rooms for check-in
- Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with Front Office
- Response to in-house guest requests when necessary
- Handle all admin duties for the Housekeeping Department
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor
Requirements include:
- High diploma or above in Hospitality or related studies
- Basic knowledge of housekeeping or hotel operation; 1 year or above relevant working experience will be an advantage
- Proficient in spoken, written and reading in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Self-initiative, attentive to details and with good communication skills
- Hardworking and willing to work under pressure
