Summary:
- Minimum of 1 year's experience
- Education Level: Certificate, Diploma
- Cantonese, English, Putonghua
Responsibilities:
- Provide the highest standard of personalized service to all room guests and Executive Lounge guests
- Provide Food & Beverage services in the Executive Lounge
- Provide check-in/check-out services
- Anticipate and address guests' service needs, and respond to any questions from guests
- Build relationship with guests to delight and gain loyalty
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor
Requirements:
- Good spoken, written and reading ability in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proactive, with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Degree or diploma holder of Hospitality or related studies
- Previous hotel related working experience is preferable
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Guest Relations Officer
