Job Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Executive Chef in executing the culinary vision and maintaining standards.
  2. Oversee daily kitchen operations for efficiency and quality.
  3. Collaborate in menu planning, preparation, and execution.
  4. Supervise and motivate kitchen staff, assisting in training initiatives.
  5. Ensure consistency and adherence to recipes and presentation standards.
  6. Coordinate kitchen activities and promote collaboration between stations.
  7. Assist in inventory management, cost control, and optimizing kitchen operations.
  8. Uphold health and safety standards, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.

Job Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in a Sous Chef or senior kitchen role, preferably in fine dining.
  2. Strong culinary skills with a passion for creativity and innovation.
  3. Effective leadership and team management abilities.
  4. Clear communication skills to liaise with the team and management.
  5. Flexibility to adapt to changing kitchen demands while maintaining high standards.
