  1. Prepare high-quality dishes following Club Batard's standards and recipes.
  2. Efficiently manage assigned kitchen stations and collaborate with the culinary team.
  3. Ensure quality control, cleanliness, and adherence to safety regulations.
  4. Contribute to menu development, providing input on dish improvements.
  5. Collaborate with kitchen staff for a cohesive and productive environment.
  6. Manage time effectively, assist in inventory control, and adapt to changing priorities.

Job Requirements:

  1. Previous experience as a Cook in fine dining or high-end restaurants is preferred.
  2. Proficient in basic cooking skills, knife handling, and food safety practices.
  3. Strong teamwork, communication skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced kitchen.
