Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily laundry operations including sorting, washing, drying, pressing, and folding.
- Maintain and operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for laundry supplies.
- Train and motivate laundry staff.
- Enforce quality control standards.
- Handle guest laundry requests and billing.
- Maintain productivity records.
- Assist in implementing procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with other departments for seamless operations.
Requirements:
- Previous supervisory experience in laundry or housekeeping preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Additional training or certification in laundry operations or hospitality management is a plus.
