Responsibilities:
- Supervising daily operations of the Seafarers Experiences team and monitoring the club activities with conduct coordination internally
- Coordinate with other operation departments and ensure smooth and efficient operations of the club, providing an exceptional experience for all members and guests
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Requirements:
- 6 years hotel/club operations experience, preferably in Front Office
- International chain experience preferably
- High Diploma in Hotel Management or above
- People-oriented with problem solving skills
- Excellent departmental coordination and organizational skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Innovative, multi-tasking and possesses a can-do attitude
- Plan, set and execute priorities. Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and deliver results in a timely manner
- First-aider is preferred
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Seafarers Experiences Supervisor.
