Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Risk & Safety Department to ensure and protect the safety and security of members, staying guests, visitors, team members, etc
- Responsible for managing all fire, life, and safety issues faced by the Club and ensuring that all allegations of the crime and other incidents are investigated and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences
- Enforce policies for the secure and efficient management of third parties including vendors, deliveries, pickups, and traffic on the premises
- Develop comprehensive crisis management plans to address various emergency scenarios
- Conduct regular emergency drills to ensure that all team members are well-prepared to respond effectively
- Ensure work efficiency of all CCTV equipment, alarmed doors/alarms, systems, etc
Requirements:
- With 4 years relevant experience
- Holder of valid Security Personal Permit and First-aid certificate
- Well-versed in Fire Safety, Police Investigation Procedures, Occupational Health and Safety Ordinance
- With solid experience and knowledge in handling emergencies
- Able to work effectively under critical timelines and strong in problem-solving skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
