Responsibilities
- Work effectively and collaboratively in a small team environment.
- Perform Accounts Receivable duties, including processing and monitoring incoming settlements from members, and securing revenue by verifying, reconciling, and posting receipts from various operating systems.
- Support income audit functions by reviewing revenue transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and assisting with related reconciliations.
- Perform Accounts Payable duties, including invoice verification, payment processing, and preparation of monthly reconciliations.
- Assist with procurement activities, including supplier sourcing, coordination with operating departments, purchase order processing, and basic contract administration.
- Perform and support other accounting functions and ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in sizable organization of Hospitality Industry, preferably in hotels and/or private clubs.
- Member of HKICPA, ACCA, or equivalent is preferred.
- Higher Diploma or recognized degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines is desired.
- Sound knowledge of current accounting standard.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and familiar with SUN accounting system, Opera PMS and Simphony POS.
