To plan and develop our people element to complement our growth in Hong Kong, we are now looking for talents for our new Western Restaurant - "MIGAS" which is managed by ELITE CONCEPTS.

Demi Chef 初級廚師
Job Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef in planning, organizing, and managing kitchen operations;
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with health regulations;
Prepare, cook, and present Western dishes according to established recipes and standards;
Assist in inventory management and cost control;
Ensure proper maintenance and functioning of kitchen equipment.
工作職責：
協助主廚規劃、組織及管理廚房營運；
保持清潔、衛生和安全標準，並符合衛生法規；
根據既定食譜和標準準備，烹飪西式菜餚；
監控庫存水準、訂購供應品並管理庫存以減少浪費；
確保廚房設備的正常維護和運作。
Job Requirements:
At least 1 years working experience in Kitchen as Chef or similar role in Western cuisine;
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks;
Good understanding of food safety and sanitation standards;
Self-motivated, energetic, hard working, creative, team player and passion for culinary arts;
Strong communication and organizational skills;
Good command in written and spoken English, Chinese (Cantonese/ Putonghua);

能夠在壓力下有效率地工作並處理多項任務；
熟悉食品安全和衛生標準；
積極主動、精力充沛、勤奮、富有創造力、團隊合作精神，並對烹飪藝術充滿熱情；
