We invite experienced candidate to apply for the following positions:
Senior Reservations Associate / Reservations Associate (5-days work week)
Job Duties:
- Provide accurate and updated reservations records
- Handle incoming phone calls and guests' inquiries for room reservations
- Input and update guests’ information in the reservations system
- Provide administrative support in preparing reports and filing
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Certificate holder of Tourism / Hospitality Management
- Attentive to details and well-organized
- Good command of English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
- Fresh graduated would be welcomed
