Summary:

Responsible for assisting the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage in the co-ordination and supervision of Food & Beverage personnel ensuring the F&B Services operation is performing consistently at a very high level.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Report to Assistant Director of F&B, this role will assist in overseeing 3 restaurants/ outlets in the outlet service section;

  • Oversee daily operations and monitor the performance of the restaurant/ outlets to maximize sales revenue and productivity, manpower efficiency and customer service according to IHG standard;

  • Meet the IHG KPIs and operational targets, maintain and ensure the hygiene level to meet IHG standards;

  • Manage and train staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment;

  • Work closely with different parties to uplift operational actions;

  • Forecast and plan for the overall operational needs and expansion;

  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Formal education and working experience in catering management, hospitality, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in managing and operating ADD restaurants, Events & Banqueting in Hong Kong Market.

  • Knowledge of local regulations and licensing requirements related to ADD operations, Retails and Events & Banquets activities.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse staff.

  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Be proactive, looking for ways to improve operations, provide better service to customers and ensure growth in business

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and point-of-sale (POS) systems.

  • Proficient in Chinese and English, with strong written skills to prepare operational and financial reports.
