Responsibilities:
Responsible for the preparation of food items at All Day Dining Restaurant. Ensure guest satisfaction by providing an excellent standard of food in a competent and professional manner. Conduct duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the hotel’s policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Experience - Minimum 3 years of work experience in related positions, experience in an luxury hotel is preferred.
- Education - Diploma/ higher diploma in Culinary or relevant discipline.
- Language skills - Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
