Responsibilities:
To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our signature bar & lounge WOOBAR. Operate the bar & lounge under the direction from WOOBAR Manager as per the standards and procedures, in order to achieve departmental goals, in terms of Guest Satisfaction, financial targets, and training and high employee morale with great energy in a professional and stylish manner to ensure the smooth operation of B&F department and maximise the quality of W experience. Conduct the duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with W Hong Kong policies and procedures, ensuring that the highest level of service is maintained.
Requirements：
- Experience - 5 years of supervisory experience in hosptality and catering industry
- Education - Bachelor degree in hospitality or relevant discipline
- Language skills - Fluent in Cantonese, basic English and Mandarin
- W Personality - Passionate, Playful, Audacious and Polished
- W Look - Appear confident and well-groomed
- You + You = W - Collaborate, embrace differences
- Whatever/Whenever - Create the WOW experience as long as it's legal and moral
