- Cantonese, English, Putonghua
- 負責酒店前台日常運作
- 接聽電話及處理客人查詢一般或有關訂房及會籍事宜
- 接待客人處理入住或退房登記工作
- 一般文書工作
- 處理客戶投訴事宜
- 提供專業的禮賓服務
- 維持良好客戶關係及處理上司指派的其他工作
- 5 years hotel/club operations experience, preferably in Front Office
- International chain experience preferably
- High Diploma in Hotel Management or above
- People-oriented with problem solving skills
- Excellent departmental coordination and organizational skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Innovative, multi-tasking and possesses a can-do attitude
- Plan, set and execute priorities.
