Summary:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience
- Education Level: Degree or above
- Cantonese, English, Putonghua
Responsibilities:
- Supervising daily operations of the Seafarers Experiences team and monitoring the club activities with conduct coordination internally.
- Coordinate with other operation departments and ensure smooth and efficient operations of the club, providing an exceptional experience for all members and guests.
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Requirements:
- 6 years hotel/club operations experience, preferably in Front Office.
- International chain experience preferably.
- High Diploma in Hotel Management or above.
- People-oriented with problem solving skills.
- Excellent departmental coordination and organizational skills.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
- Innovative, multi-tasking and possesses a can-do attitude.
- Plan, set and execute priorities. Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and deliver results in a timely manner.
- First-aider is preferred.
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Seafarers Experiences Supervisor
