Responsibilities:
- Schedule services for individuals and groups using spa reservations software.
- Call guests to confirm scheduled appointments.
- Check in guests for appointments, confirm their names, and provide a general spa orientation upon arrival.
- Thoroughly understand the spa menu to promote and sell spa services.
- Recommend additional treatments or enhancements to enhance the guest experience.
- Process guest payments for spa services.
- Obtain assigned bank, ensure accuracy of contracted monies, and provide change as needed.
- Safeguard the bank securely throughout the day.
- Work closely with spa therapists, supervisors, and managers.
- Update the reservations/cancellations list and resolve scheduling issues promptly.
- Uphold The Ritz-Carlton’s reputation for exceptional service.
- Follow company policies, maintain uniform appearance, and protect proprietary information.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, spa, or hospitality preferred.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using spa software systems.
- Physical stamina (standing, walking) for extended periods.
