- Protect property assets, guests, and staff.
- Maintain logs, certifications, and required documents.
- Train staff in established emergency procedures.
- Implement accident and fire prevention protocols.
- Coordinate with law enforcement during incidents.
- Monitor security feeds, including closed-circuit cameras.
- Conduct daily physical hazard inspections.
- Respond promptly to accidents and emergency situations.
- Defuse guest disturbances professionally.
- Escort individuals from the property if necessary.
- Work closely with other departments (e.g., front desk, housekeeping).
- Document theft incidents and security violations.
