Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
  • Assist in seating guests and taking orders.
  • Ensure a smooth flow of service during meal times.
  • Work closely with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff.
  • Communicate guest preferences and special requests to the team.
  • Assist in training new staff members.
  • Be well-versed in the restaurant’s menu offerings.
  • Provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
  • Explain menu items and answer questions.
  • Monitor table settings, cleanliness, and overall ambiance.
  • Address any guest concerns promptly.
