Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist club-level guests upon arrival.
- Provide personalized services, including check-in/check-out, reservations, and special requests.
- Address any guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Supervise the daily operations of the club lounge.
- Ensure the lounge is well-maintained, clean, and stocked with amenities.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to meet guest needs.
- Build rapport with club-level guests, anticipating their preferences and exceeding expectations.
- Arrange personalized amenities, such as welcome gifts, fruit platters, and newspapers.
- Assist guests with travel arrangements, sightseeing recommendations, and dining reservations.
- Lead and motivate the club lounge team.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance service skills and product knowledge.
- Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork.
- Organize special events, cocktail receptions, and private functions within the club lounge.
- Collaborate with banquet and culinary teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor service standards, cleanliness, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Uphold Ritz-Carlton service excellence and brand values.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, tourism, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in guest services, concierge, or club lounge operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Multilingual proficiency (English and Cantonese preferred).
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
