Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist club-level guests upon arrival, creating a positive first impression.
- Handle check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and special requests.
- Respond to guest inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Oversee daily operations of the club lounge.
- Ensure the lounge is well-maintained, clean, and stocked with amenities.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to meet guest needs.
- Build rapport with club-level guests, understanding their preferences.
- Arrange welcome gifts, fruit platters, and newspapers.
- Provide sightseeing recommendations and dining reservations.
- Lead and inspire the club lounge team.
- Conduct training sessions to improve service skills and product knowledge.
- Foster teamwork and maintain a positive atmosphere.
- Organize cocktail receptions, private functions, and events within the club lounge.
- Work closely with banquet and culinary teams for seamless execution.
- Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and adherence to Ritz-Carlton standards.
- Uphold the Ritz-Carlton’s commitment to excellence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, tourism, or related field.
- Previous guest services, concierge, or club lounge operations experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.
- Proficiency in English and Cantonese (preferred).
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences.
