The Department
本會飲食部於跑馬地及沙田會所、跑馬地及沙田馬場、和上水雙魚河鄉村會所，為顧客提供多元化及優質餐飲服務，現誠意邀請對餐飲服務有興趣及具備有關工作經驗的人才加入。Our Catering Department manages one of the largest and most diverse catering operations in Hong Kong. We provide a wide range of catering, sports and recreation facilities for Members and their guests in three Clubhouses. In addition, both Happy Valley and Sha Tin Racecourses have numerous catering facilities used by Members, non-members and corporate organizations for a variety of functions.
The Job
You will:
- Deliver excellent food and beverage services to our Members and their guests in Chinese premium restaurant (TRIO)
- Be responsible for smooth and efficient service flow of the assigned section in the Restaurant
- Lead the set-up and decoration work of the Restaurant
- Train new staff members in accordance to established guidelines
- Keep the service standard at top quality and achieve high level of customer satisfactions
- Maintain the high level of hygiene and quality standard for the restaurant
- 於高級中餐廳 (三甲) 為會員及其客人提供優質的餐飲服務
- 確保負責的宴會廳能提供有效率的服務及流暢的服務程序
- 負責餐廳的設置和裝飾工作
- 按照既定服務準則培訓新的員工
- 保持高質量的服務標準從而實現高水平的顧客滿意度
- 維持餐廳內高水平衛生和質量標準
About You
You should have:
- 5 years' related restaurant experience is required
- Experience in hotels & clubs.
- Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Working location in The Hilltop in the Valley (Happy Valley)
- 五年或以上於酒店/會所/餐廳餐飲服務經驗
- 良好粵語及英語, 一般普通話

The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
