We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to celebrate the heritage brand, The Peninsula Boutique & Café. Reporting to the direct manager, you will be responsible for supporting on executing marketing and communications strategies, coordinating both online and offline communications activities across channels etc., with the ultimate goal of driving the brand proposition. Key Accountabilities
Plan and execute marketing communications action plans under the supervision of the direct manager:
- Manage media and influencer relationships to secure high-quality coverages, optimize campaign effectiveness and maximize brand exposure
- Coordinate marketing and communications activities across designated platforms and channels to maximize brand awareness and revenue, including boutique openings, product launches, café menu launches, special events and marketing initiatives
- Monitor various self-owned and third-party marketing and communications channels to ensure brand compliance and consistency
- Manage and arrange brand activities such as photo shooting, copywriting and translation for campaigns, uphold a high standard of overall brand marketing materials
- Assist the direct manager to develop activation calendar and align it with regional Peninsula Merchandising teams and distributors; maintain market relationships and keep abreast of knowledge of market trend in different regions
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to execute marketing and communications duties, including 360 promotion logistics, collateral production, partnerships, market research and etc.
- Responsible for the execution of daily tasks, reporting, administration and any ad hoc projects assigned by the direct manager
Requirement
- Holder of Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Languages, Journalism and Communications
- At least 5 years of marketing experience specialized in Marketing, PR, Branding and Advertising with good marketing acumen
- Experience in luxury retail/FMCG/hospitality industry or agency is a plus
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- A committed team player. Able to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidates with less experience might be considered as executive
