RESPONSIBILITIES 職責
- Greet guests and seat them at a table, making sure that the operations are running smoothly
- Take guest reservation properly and in accordance with hotel standards
- Answer guests’ enquiries whether in person, on the phone or through e-mails in a friendly and professional manner
- 迎接賓客並帶領他們坐在預定的位置，及確保餐廳順利營運
- 依照酒店標準妥善處理客人預訂事宜
- 以友好和專業的方式親自、透過電話或電子郵件回答客人的詢問
QUALIFICATIONS 資歷要求
- Minimum 1 years of Food & Beverage experience or in hotel industry is an advantage
- Good command speak and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- 一年或以上餐飲經驗，擁有酒店業經驗將會優先考慮
- 良好的英語，廣東話及普通話會話與書寫能力
