- Process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately and timely.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including vendors and clients, to resolve inquiries and issues.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure security of financial data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage
- Proven experience in administrative and accounting roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
