Role Description
- Provide all-round HR services including recruitment, preparing job description, sourcing talent and selection, performance management and salary review
- Plan and coordinate staff training and development programs
- Conduct HR analysis and prepare HR reports
- Conduct market research on candidates sourcing channels to meet various business needs.
- To handle staff exit formalities upon termination of employment
- To prepare HR reports and maintain staff records in an efficient and accurate manner
Requirements and Qualifications
- Degree holder in human resources, business or related discipline is preferred
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience is preferred
- Hands on experience of PC operation and knowledge of common software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
