Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all aspects of the newly opened restaurant & bar, specializing in Halal cuisines from the Middle East, India, and Malaysia.
2. Manage day-to-day operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and financial performance.
3. Develop and maintain high-quality standards for food preparation, presentation, and service.
4. Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests and ensure a smooth dining experience.
5. Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, promoting the unique Halal offerings.
6. Monitor inventory, control costs, and ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in a similar establishment focusing on Halal cuisines.
