Corporate Executive Chef

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Corporate Executive Chef to oversee the culinary operations and culinary teams across multiple properties within a luxury hotels group in Macau. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of elevating culinary standards and driving innovation in a fast-paced hospitality environment. As the Corporate Executive Chef, you will be responsible for developing culinary strategies, implementing culinary standards, and ensuring culinary excellence across all properties under the hotel group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement culinary strategies and initiatives to drive consistency, quality, and innovation across all properties in the casino hotel group.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to Executive Chefs and culinary teams at each property to ensure alignment with corporate culinary standards and goals.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to set and achieve culinary objectives, including financial targets, menu development, cost control, and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead menu development, culinary innovation, and culinary training programs to enhance the dining experience and drive revenue growth.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and culinary partners to source high-quality ingredients and products.
  • Monitor industry trends, culinary techniques, and customer preferences to continuously improve culinary offerings and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling standards, and sanitation practices at all properties.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of special culinary events, promotions, and culinary experiences to enhance guest engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma, Certificate or above, Hospitality Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Certified Executive Chef (CEC) or Certified Master Chef (CMC) designation is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive culinary experience, with at least 5 years in a corporate culinary leadership role overseeing multiple properties.
  • Michelin-starred restaurant experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
  • Proven track record of driving culinary excellence, innovation, and financial results in a multi-property hospitality environment.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, culinary techniques, and best practices.
  • Certification in food safety and sanitation is required.
