Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain guest rooms on executive floors to Marriott standards.
- Assist executive floor guests with luggage, amenities, and special requests.
- Ensure rooms are impeccably presented and address any maintenance issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments for seamless guest experiences.
- Uphold professionalism, integrity, and positive attitude.
- Adhere to safety and security procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous guest services experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Fluency in Cantonese, English and Chinese is compulsory.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
