Job Responsibilities:
- Assist daily bar set-up and operations
- Prepare high standard cocktails, alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain the cleanliness and order of all equipment and utensils at bar area
- Interact with customers, take orders and serving snacks and drinks
- Assess bar customer’s needs and preferences and making recommendations
Job Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years relevant working experience in F&B or hospitality industry
- Relevant training certificates in beverage, cocktail, wine, spirits, beer is preferred
- Positive attitude with excellent communication and guest service skills
- Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Immediate available is preferred
