Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling incoming calls and greeting guests
- Handle reservations and confirmation for bookings
- Greet and farewell guests at reception and provide services to them
- Interact with guests to obtain feedback and build positive relationships
Job Requirements:
- Form 5 level
- With experience in Food & Beverage services
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Able to handle work independently and proactively
- Fluent in Cantonese, Putonghua and English
- Immeidate available is preferred

- 負責接聽電話和接待客人
- 處理預訂及確認客人的預訂
- 在接待處迎接客人，並為他們提供服務
- 與客人互動並建立良好的關係
入職要求：
- 中五程度
- 有餐飲服務經驗
