Summary:

Job Responsibilities: 

(External)

• Meet sales goal within schedule;
• Identify new markets and engage the potential members/ companies by meeting in-person/ calling;
• Generate leads and appointments through networking and cold calling;
• Initiate and sell memberships in a consultative manner;
• Serve as membership ambassador in the restaurant outlets;
• Guide members in full utilization of membership benefits enhancing their understanding of the value of membership;
• Building good relationships with prospective and current members;
• Understanding the potential and current members’ needs and develop appropriate solutions for corporate membership

(Internal)

• Weekly membership track sales, status and forecast reports;
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments;
• Assist Elite Access Membership team to coordinate special membership promotions, campaigns and on-day events;
• Able to work flexible days and hours

Job Requirements:

• Preferred bachelor's degree or equivalent in hospitality, business or a related field
• 2-year of proven sales experiences or a related sales role
• Self-motivated and goal oriented; able to work independently and in a team
• Passionate for sales with a good customer service attitude
• Strong interpersonal skill to establish good rapport with varied types of customers
• Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills to convert potential sales into actual sales
• Good problem-solving skills to address customer issues or concerns and provide satisfactory solutions that benefits both the customers and the company
• Good time management skills to effectively manage the sales tasks and provide responsive services to customers and members
• Familiarity with restaurant business is preferred
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent command in written and spoken Chinese (Putonghua/ Cantonese) and English
