Since 2010, Migas has been dedicated to spreading the Mediterranean lifestyle in China’s capital city by combing modern art, design, gastronomy and mixology with quality music to create unforgettable experiences. To plan and develop our people element to complement our growth in Hong Kong, we are now looking for talents for our new Western Restaurant - "MIGAS" which is managed by ELITE CONCEPTS.

Demi Chef 初級廚師

Job Responsibilities: 

Assist the Head Chef in planning, organizing, and managing kitchen operations;

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with health regulations;

Prepare, cook, and present Western dishes according to established recipes and standards;

Assist in inventory management and cost control;

Ensure proper maintenance and functioning of kitchen equipment.

工作職責:

協助主廚規劃、組織及管理廚房營運;

保持清潔、衛生和安全標準,並符合衛生法規;

根據既定食譜和標準準備,烹飪西式菜餚;

監控庫存水準、訂購供應品並管理庫存以減少浪費;

確保廚房設備的正常維護和運作。

 

Job Requirements:

At least 1 years working experience in Kitchen as Chef or similar role in Western cuisine;

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks;

Good understanding of food safety and sanitation standards;

Self-motivated, energetic, hard working, creative, team player and passion for culinary arts;

Strong communication and organizational skills;

Good command in written and spoken English, Chinese (Cantonese/ Putonghua).

至少1年西餐廚師或類似職位經驗;

能夠在壓力下有效率地工作並處理多項任務;

熟悉食品安全和衛生標準;

積極主動、精力充沛、勤奮、富有創造力、團隊合作精神,並對烹飪藝術充滿熱情;

流利的英語、中文(粵語/國語)書寫和口語能力。
