- Lead and motivate waitstaff, conduct pre-shift briefings, and uphold service standards.
- Upsell menu items and provide recommendations for food and beverage pairings.
- Monitor dish presentation and quality, addressing issues promptly.
- Manage reservations, ensuring efficient table turnover and accommodating special requests.
- Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and management for a cohesive dining experience.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Captain or similar supervisory role in upscale dining.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- In-depth menu knowledge and adaptability to changing restaurant dynamics.
