We are looking for a Restaurant Receptionist to answering the telephones, taking and, maximizing bookings. Meeting, greeting and seating guests. Delivering excellent customer service skills and handling all guests complaints, requests and enquiries on food, beverage and service.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling income calls and operating club telephone system
- Handle reservation and confirmation for club events
- Greet and farewell members and guest at reception and provide directory service to them
- Interact with Members to obtain feedback and build positive relationships
Requirements:
- At least 1 year relevant working experience, preferably in hospitality industry
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced service environment
- A proactive, flexible work ethic to meet special requests from Members, wherever possible
- A genuinely caring attitude, outstanding attention to detail and impressive observation skills
- First-class communication and interpersonal skills - we want you to foster genuine relationships with our Members and your team
- A strong command of English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
