Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Engineering in optimizing expenditure control by effectively utilizing the hotel’s workforce and physical assets.
- Ensure the Engineering Department operates efficiently and economically, supporting all other operational departments.
- Maintain close communication with other departments and promote employee awareness of hotel policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspection tours, develop maintenance schedules, and monitor the progress of work and the condition of equipment.
- Provide staff training and development to ensure they can perform their tasks effectively.
Ensure all facilities are in reliable and functional condition, and that all work areas are tidy and safe. - Carry out any additional duties assigned by superiors.
